Best sleep ever.

I used the bagged lotus as loose leaf tea, puffed about a quarter of the lotus cone, and had the best sleep of my life. Which is a big deal for me. It was a nice mellow feeling relaxing before bed that transitioned very easily into a solid deep nights sleep.

It was fun to share

Well, it was fun and different.And the ones that weren't wrapped and just had the flowers.Those were very interesting and I shared it with a group when we were at a big woman's festival.So it was fun, but I don't think I would ever reorder
