Refund Policy

Apothafairy does not accept returns or issue refunds unless a package is returned to our facility due to a shipping issue. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once an order has been shipped, all liability for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or other shipping issues, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment at our discretion. Please use all our products within 1 year of use.
