Great for anxiety, sleep, and a cough! What a wonderful blend! I am #1 chamomile and lavender lover so this was an easy grab. When I've been gardening too much, a cup of this gets rid of all that old mucus and settles me down for the night right after. If you are a singer, have chronic pain, or teeth problems, pick this up! I have been using this as both a tea and a smoke, usually combined with lotus (please give it a try!) and it does wonders for chronic pain. I've suffered since i was a child and the only things that help aren't generally the best for you. I made an infusion steeped 24 with this and a lotus flower, felt like a new person for hours. As someone interested in botany, I was very interested in this immediately due to the high eugenol content from both the clove and tulsi. Eugenol is known to be a natural painkiller and fragrance oil. Combined with things like citral, which lemon balm has, enhances the effect. Damiana makes it nice and smooth and the marshmallow root just coats your whole mouth and stomach. AMAZING AMAZING for warming up before you sing. I've been drinking and toking tea for a long time and this will likely be my favorite blend forever. I'm jealous I didn't think of it myself!

I was skeptical of this product at first and its ability to provide calming effects, but I can confirm that after packing a bowl with only the OG blend (no zaza no nothing), that it actually works. Plus it tastes good too! I will be buying again.
