SMOKE- Make sure to grind finely for a smooth burn if you plan to roll it yourself.

TEA-Brew a teaspoon of herbs in hot water, the longer, the stronger the taste. You can re-brew up to three times a serving. We love to add honey. Loose leaf tea brewing- Tea pot, French press, Tea strainer, Reusable tea bag, Tea clasp, etc.

Super Effective!

I’ve struggled with anxiety my entire life, it’s so ingrained into me that I often don’t realize how much tension I’m holding in my body. I’m also AuDHD, unmedicated and living on my own so I tend to struggle occasionally.
The very first time I smoked a clove cone I felt my entire body relax, it felt like my entire nervous system was hushed and I could actually hear my thoughts clearly. Sometimes my adhd gets bad when I’m dehydrated and/or not eating the correct things, but sometimes it gets bad when I’m overwhelmed and experiencing burnout. Smoking the clove cone assisted in curbing the burnout and I was able to get myself back on track by continuing my routine of eating and drinking water. Which helped overall.
I can also recall getting extremely motivated to complete projects I had been putting off, but I had smoked it at night which led to me completing tasks at 3am LOL. I’m an insomniac anyways so my sleep schedule is usually all over the place but if you’re not a night owl, I wouldn’t recommend smoking it at night time haha.
I also recently bought the loose leaves so I could make tea with it and alternate because I actually wasn’t a smoker and this was the first thing I’ve ever smoked. The tea is effective too, but I feel the effects quicker when I smoke it.

All in all, this is a brilliant blend of herbs. Thank you Apothafairy!!
