Flower Flow Tea is a natural herbal blend designed to support overall hormonal wellness. With ingredients traditionally used for menstrual comfort, it may help support a smoother cycle. You can also use this blend as a yoni steam!

Brew a TEASPOON of this blend for 2-5 minutes, (the longer brewed, the stronger) Brew 1-3 times a day for best results. The bitter ceremonial herbs in this blend cause the flavor to be a little bitter, add honey for a very enjoyable taste!

Nettle leaf, Rose petals, Raspberry leaf, Dong quai, Cramp bark, Mugwort, Red Clover

HOW TO USE

TEA-Brew a teaspoon of herbs in hot water, the longer, the stronger the taste. You can re-brew up to three times a serving. Add honey for sweetness!

YONI- Boil 4–6 cups of water, remove from heat, and add 1–2 tablespoons of Flower Flow. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes. Pour the blend into a heat-safe bowl and place it inside your toilet, under a slatted chair, or in a yoni steam seat. Test the steam with your hand to ensure it's warm, not hot. Undress from the waist down, sit over the steam, and wrap a towel or blanket around your waist. Steam for 10–30 minutes, then rest and stay warm.
