Flower Flow is a natural herbal tea designed to support overall hormonal wellness. With ingredients traditionally used for menstrual comfort, it may help support a smoother cycle. This blend is created to support women's moon cycles, but can be used by everyone! We like to drink this tea the week before the period cycle as well as the week of! You can also use this blend as a yoni steam! Get it in loose leaf form 1oz, or 4 reusable tea bags.

Bought the variety pack. PMS symptoms started last night sore boobs, sour mood. Smoked this soreness went away and my mood was much better.

Tbh I was really skeptical to even order but, I’m extremely glad I did and will continue to do so!!! . I’ve already recommended this mixture to my friends . This has been a game changer for me from helping me relax enough to get a great nights sleep, to silencing my period cramps its definitely become a staple . Would highly recommend!!
I feel that it is really relaxing. I haven't tried it as a tea yet, but it's mooth to smoke and I don't feel high, but it relaxes you and that's what I wanted.
This is my first time purchasing a tea blend and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I loveee how it actually has helped either soothe or get rid of my period cramps. (no false advertisement over here) The overall taste of the tea blend is good, it's good with or without honey but; it's especially AMAZING with a squeeze of lemon and some honey🤌. *chefs kiss* This blend was a good introduction for me and I will definitely be purchasing their other blends!!
